About the chocolate pudding, basically I just sub the applesauce with a tsp or two of cocoa powder ... hrm, I bet they would taste even better with some choc sauce blended in ..... mmmmm ... OH! just to let you know that the chocolate pudding is not as velvety as the 'traditional' on es... so don't get your hopes up too high yea :D
Oh wait! I forgot to ask you one question ... BRUSSEL SPROUTS!!!
Ugh, the first time I tried it I hated it ... all I could taste was bitterness and MORE bitterness!! The second time, I stir fried it with maple syrup >> OH MY GOSH, NO bitterness whatsoever! I fell in LOVE with it .... the next day, I went to the market and bought a bag full of brussel sprouts >> cook it in maple syrup again >> BUT this time they're bitter AGAIN!!! BOO!!!!!
So, my veg lover friend ... is there a way to get rid of the bitterness, or no ... please say yes! hahaha!

Aww, so lucky! I wish that they played real Christmas music here in Brazil, but they don't really celebrate Christmas. Some people might exchange gifts in December, but nothing is a surprise because they picked it out themselves- bummer!!!
